Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple rum is made from a 100% natural maceration of the Victorian pineapple.
An idea born from a Charles Dickens novel, Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple rum is a blend of Plantation Original Dark Rum, macerated for 60 days with the pulp of the Victorian Pineapple; and the skins of the pineapple that have been macerated with Plantation 3 Stars white rum. It is then re distilled and blended until balanced.
The result - a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices layered in a smoky finish.
